In the journey of foreign trade, every partnership represents a unique growth experience. Today, I want to share the story of how we grew together with a CHOCCHICK customer from the Czech Republic.

We first met this customer in 2020 when she was just starting her business, and her order quantities were very small, with each order only requiring 10 to 20 pieces.

Although the orders were not large, we fully supported her from the beginning, helping her gain a deep understanding of the product features and providing all the information and guidance she needed.

After a year of continuous cooperation, She understanding of the products grew deeper, and she eventually chose us as her long-term partner.

There were two key reasons behind this decision: first, our bed rail products were new in the Czech market with no competitors; and second, the products were highly competitive in the market.

To support her growth, we promised not to supply other customers in the Czech market, even though there was no formal exclusive agency agreement at the time.

As her sales volume continued to increase, we eventually decided to grant her exclusive agency rights for bed rails.

In addition to exclusive agency support, we also helped her business grow in other ways. Initially, she sold our CHOCCHICK-branded products, but as she gradually established her own brand, we adjusted our cooperation and started co-branding.

Eventually, when her brand gained recognition in the local market, we fully supported her in selling her exclusive brand.

This year, she flew from the Czech Republic to Germany to attend our K+J Baby Fair in Cologne.

At the exhibition, she showed great interest in our new products, especially the new safety gates and multifunctional baby playpens.

We had in-depth discussions at the exhibition about the market prospects of these new products, and she is very confident in their market potential, planning to introduce more new products into her store.

Every time we exhibit, we also provide display space for her products, especially at this Cologne exhibition, where we specifically set aside a section to showcase her bed rails and actively promote her brand.

If any B2B customers are interested in her products, we also refer them to her.

Additionally, we have visited the customer’s company multiple times to understand her real needs, tour her display and finished goods warehouse, and discuss any potential issues, helping her solve them one by one.

During these visits, we not only met her in person but also had multiple meetings with her investors, building a strong relationship.

This has increased her investors’ trust in us and strengthened the foundation for our collaboration.

Today, her brand is very well-known in the local market, especially in the baby safety category.

She is no longer confined to the Czech market but has started selling products in neighboring countries such as Slovakia and Slovenia, gradually expanding to the entire European market.

Now, she is also planning to enter global markets, including the United States.

Through our cooperation with this customer, the influence of our products in the European market has also been further enhanced.

It’s a win-win process where we not only helped the customer grow, but her success also helped promote our brand’s development.

We hope to support more customers like this customer in the future and help them succeed in the global market.

At this year’s Cologne exhibition, we will continue to showcase this customer’s products, especially by placing bed rails with her brand logo in our booth.
